In a strange way, I welcome that kind of comment from Gore. Perhaps, if he raises the level of awareness and scrutiny on the issue in this manner, he also invites the challenge to his position. Maybe more coverage will actually go to the science and many of the problems with the data and conclusions thus far reached as pointed out by Warren, Anthony Watts and others like them.
Nobody stays on top forever. There’s a natural tendency to tear down and when that is combined with all the bad “facts” these guys have been spewing, let’s hope the tide changes.
